Yes, the protagonist is extra-rebellious, but until she sets fire to something I feel like it's just the same old same old (Bridgerton). Although it has a lot of differences from the book I like the modern aspects and how nuanced the characters are so I don’t mind the changes. It’s a fun show to watch on a weekend. See more A J @AJ-200 10h I really enjoyed this. The cast was great and I liked seeing into Australian society at that time, which hasn’t been shown much, or at all previously that I am aware of. I also appreciate how it gave us a glimpse into the racism of the time, I would actually love a series about Nell and Betty. Their story was particularly compelling and appealing to me.
