Amid the bustling crowds of Tokyo, Zazie is adrift. Once a rock star, he is now a neurotic recluse who feels he's lost touch with himself. In an attempt to rediscover who he is, Zazie fastidiously documents his own life by videotaping his day-to-day activities and watching the footage with a critical eye. Just when his self-centered investigation begins to show some signs of progress, his former bandmates intrude upon his solitude, seeking a reunion.
