Claudio C @Claudio666 8h Trained to Kill (12,625 –15 Aug 2026) In Hungary, when the mother of the young teenager Lili travels to a university in Sydney for three months, she needs to stay with her estranged father Dániel and her mutt dog Hagen. Dániel hates dogs and leaves it on the streets. Hagen is chased by people from a local shelter; is captured by a homeless and sold to a man that trains the dog to fight and kill other dogs, injecting drugs, beaten and giving only protein with drugs to the dog. Meanwhile, Lili unsuccessfully looks for Hagen on the streets and the shelter. Until the day Hagen escapes from the man. "Fehér isten", a.k.a. "White God" (2014), is the sad story of a teenage girl that is separated from her pet. The trained dogs impress, and director Kornél Mundruczó used more than 250 dogs from Hungarian shelters after training them. The other layer of this film is the white supre macy in Europe and the outcast people from mixed or other "breed". My vote is seven. Title (Brazil): "White Dog" See more melissa l @Agent99 01/21/2023 I thought this was a horrible move. It's gruesome and sad. I can't believe people are rating it so highly. They must like to see innocent dogs suffer. There was a lot of blood and gore. Yes, I know it's just a movie, and they didn't hurt the dogs in real life, but still I'd recommend to stay away from this movie...especially if you are a dog lover. Although I could not understand the language, the emotions were clear. A very different concept in this genre, and executed very well. It was indeed disturbing, but it holds a mirror to the deeds of humanity.
