Toy 2 is colorful and funny, and the computer-animation from Pixar Animation Studios creates a convincingly detailed environment for the toys.

Toy Story 2 is a brilliant example of that rarest of Hollywood phenomena a sequel to a major hit film thats as good, if not better, than the original.

If "Toy Story 2" was daring, it was for making the true villain into a fellow toy who is ruthless and willing to use violence, emotional manipulation and human beings to get what they want.

It's a worthy sequel. The Collector brings an interesting story but the ending is one long drawn out chase scene...

A tour de force of animation. While the first film mostly takes place within two households; the sequel branches the characters out into the real world where the hilarity, absurdity and charm are amplified.

Toy Story 2 is somehow better than the first, complete with a tightly written script and groundbreaking animation for 1999 standards.
