It is an interesting puzzle that takes the viewer through several twists and turns and has a truly unexpected ending. It’s an imperfect but enjoyable late-night watch that will keep you guessing.

Although Time of Death moves slowly at times, its complicated premise unfolds into a surprisingly straightforward resolution. The cast deserves credit for bringing depth to this unconventional prison horror story about hauntings, guilt, and redemption.

B-

Time of Death is well-acted, good-looking, and keeps us engaged most of the way through, but the whole is less than the sum of its parts.

Slow burn of a movie, the acting is fine, but the ending is kind of dumb and unnecessary. They should have found the bones of Reeves in the basement to give it some meaning

Awful. The last 20 minutes is comical. The writers and actors just gave up.

I must be in bizarro world. How can anyone like this turd of a movie lol. This has got to be the worst acting in film history. Dumb story, horrible writing, even worse acting...and Kevin Pollack as an evil Warden with his fake Texas Pastor accent is comical. I can't believe I sat through this entire thing.

Well acted well directed but the story is very drawn with to many scenes that could have been cut from the finished product.

Give this a watch if you like the late 80s or early 90s thrillers. Felt like something I would have watched with my dad. Really enjoyed.
