Jesus returns to a disturbed, distracted world and is interviewed on a public access TV show. VHS video tapes, purchased at a storage auction in Florida, contain three episodes of a Los Angeles public access talk show and numerous reels of behind-the-scenes footage. There are tapes from TV news reports that tell the story of a man who called himself "Jesus" and tried to spread a message of peace, love, hope and forgiveness, but was largely ignored and ridiculed by the media.

A mockumentary implemented to address broader issues. There are some moments when it does not work, but as a whole it is a worthy effort Go to Full Review

Finds a clever lane to explore Christianity from an unusual perspective. It’s one that doesn’t shy away from genuine questions about religion, invites a skeptical mindset and criticism about faith issues like wars, poverty and tithing. Go to Full Review

I’m not sure a 90-minute film will change anyone’s mind, but it is compelling food for thought, regardless of your beliefs. Go to Full Review

In ideas, empathy, and in the possibility of something good surviving a world addicted to outrage. It’s interesting, strange, and quietly profound; a must-watch for fans of found-footage filmmaking and independent cinema. Go to Full Review

See more Gary 4 days ago It is a movie within a movie...lost tapes are found and it is very interesting, and thought provoking with a mystery for you to figure out . See more Elizabeth M @RoseNHawk 12 hrs ago Very unique film. Kind of like The Office meets Highway to Heaven except Jesus instead of an Angel and they don't break the 4th wall like The Office does. The conversation that happens between the Actors Studio interviewer and "Jesus" will really make you self reflect on your own life. It will take you by surprise how the director/ writer hits some modern topics and questions that everyone would like to ask Jesus. The behind the scenes happenings at the Actors Studio between the interviewer and his producers are enlightening and funny. Totally entertaining and it is short enough so you don't get bored. It keeps you engaged throughout the film's story. You definitely leave thinking more about what you could do to be a better person and make a better world. See more Rudy H @RT89457275 14 hrs ago Whether you’re a church going disciple for many years or just curious, this film brings up human behavior how it clashes with individual compassion and understanding. This modern take of the message that Jesus brought forth and reaction of the public is a good reminder of why we are changing either for the best or for the worst. See more Read all reviews
