Always looking for action, five over-enthusiastic but under-stimulated Vermont State Troopers raise hell on the highway, keeping motorists anxiously looking in their rearview mirrors. Between an ongoing feud with the local cops over whose you-know-what is bigger, and the state government wanting to shut them down, the "Super Troopers" find themselves precariously and hilariously heading toward calamity as they try to avoid extinction.

It’s not smart, it’s not sophisticated, and it has all the dignity of a fat naked man covered in powdered sugar, but 'Super Troopers' is funny. At least most of the time. Go to Full Review Stephen Silver Tilt Magazine Feb 18, 2022

Kelly H @RT64289093 Sep 18, 2026 Greatest super troopers movie out of all three! The intro itself is master class! It could exist by itself. You don't even need the rest of the movie. Every single joke is amazing. Every goofball set up is hilarious and you couldn't ask for a funnier and smarter set of actors. Broken lizard is phenomenal and no one can do it better! Anybody that doesn't like this movie is ignorant, a snob and probably a conservative. See more J M @RT92695327 Sep 6, 2026 Cult classic comedy. Are you high and mighty? You may not be ready for this. If you’re down and dirty, come get it! See more Joe L @Hoagie1013 Sep 3, 2026 Absolute Classic. Still hilarious. See more Alex H @RT98834158 Sep 3, 2026 Started out funny but quickly got bored with the movie See more Ed R @JustcallmeER Sep 1, 2026 A more-miss -than-hit affair, Super Troopers will most likely appeal to those looking for something silly. See more Griffith J @griffithxjohnson Aug 31, 2026 It’s extremely dumb yet the chemistry of the cast works so well that this is consistently hilarious & highly enjoyable. A clear product of its time with a really lowbrow approach to comedy but there is something unique that stands out in this era of vulgar/stoner types of movies. The writing actually has some smart timing & jokes brought back that prove this team has a specific kind of skill. The tone is charming & the ingredients are right to become a cult classic that is all thanks to the memorable characters. Unfortunately, it’s about 20 minutes too long with a thin story & a terrible third act. See more Read all reviews
