andrea C @Charst Jun 16 Dramma senza dubbio romantico e delicato nell'intreccio di due storyline diverse per tempi e luoghi ma molto simili per lo sviluppo e per i personaggi. Sicuramente, la scelta di tenere il film sotto le due ore, incide in maniera molto significativa sul fatto di non avere il tempo necessario ad avvicinarsi abbastanza ai personaggi e quindi a comprendere il vero senso che il regista avrebbe voluto esprimere nella pellicola. Lo stile di regia è leggermente vetusto ma sicuramente l'eleganza di un racconto particolare interessa lo spettatore. Purtroppo i concetti, seppure spiegati, non vengono veramente vissuti; specialmente quello dell'amicizia fraterna e per la vita. See more lariste l @RT70611960 01/08/2019 Worthless - 21st century royal/overlord Rupert Murdoch paid Fox Searchlight to release this historical Chinese picture to make back it's earnings, presumably, because the producer is his wife, or one of his series of wives. Tastefully done though, like visiting a nicely decorated living room in the best part of town, but production values aren't what rewards audiences; dramatic power, emotion and cultural impact are, or at least entertainment value.
