Sydney (Neve Campbell) and tabloid reporter Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox) survived the events of the first Scream, but their nightmare isn't over. When two college students are murdered at a sneak preview of Stab, a movie based on the events from the first film, it's clear a copycat killer is on the loose. Scream 2 is a good follow-up from the first movie from seeing the main character's journey continue. The quality is still there from the acting, script, and tone, but the plot can sometimes come off predictable by how each character would be confronting ghoatface. Not to mention there were some specfic scenes that's hard to take the movie seriously. But still a sign of relief to have sometimes.
