Excellent movie, with a cast that was perfect to introduce, in a gentle a nonjudgmental way, an alternative lifestyle that is unfamiliar to most. Both leads were perfect, and the supporting cast allowed the central story to develop in sometimes a very funny way. Only criticism is it seemed a bit 2 dimensional as soon as the cracks started to show in the relationship it was gone just as quickly. However, I'd say the movie was salvaged by the lead learning his wants and needs were important...something we all need, regardless of the situation.

Great movie. It’s a combination of humorous but intense love story with an exploration of BDSM, self-discovery, and determining one’s boundaries/limits, the bneed for self-respect and personal fulfillment, and how to define it. Super well acted.
