Terry Doolittle (Whoopi Goldberg) works with computers in a bank office. She routinely talks with others via her computer, but one day she connects with a mysterious user by the name of Jumpin' Jack Flash (Jonathan Pryce). It takes her a while to decode his message, but Terry figures out that Jack is a British secret agent trapped behind enemy lines. Terry agrees to help him, but her activities attract the attention of the KGB, who want to know Jack's real identity -- and will kill to get it.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

An all-time favorite movie. Worked hard to find the dvd after the title tune came on my music feed. Love Whoopi in this. Oh, the music! And her exceptional, brilliant and courageous character! Comedy, thriller, romance all in one. Took me briefly away from the gawdawful mess we're in these days.

My number 1 favourite movie of the 80s and there's alot! It's a feel good comedy/thriller and as crazy as that sounds, It totally works!! Definitely a classic. Follow it with Vampires kiss and you'll be in movie heaven.

I don't know what's up everyone's asses on this one. Sure it's a little contrived, but it's a fun adventure comedy from the 80s. I can think of worse ways to spend my time. Whoopi shines in this.
