See more 07/07/2016 Another fun filled gag comedy from Harold Lloyd, perhaps one of his more disposable features but it has great pace with non-stop laughs and madcap stunts. As with all of Lloyd's features, it is definitely worth your time. Of course chaos ensues when he tries to 'clear his name' from being affiliated with something 'good' for the people, and ends up falling in love with the minister's daughter. Chases galore, dangerous stunts, and the Lloyd trademark hilarity. What's not to like? It's way too short perhaps. But it's actually the opposite: Lloyd originally planned "For Heaven's Sake" as a 3-reel short film, but when they edited a full version and showed it to a preview audience, there were no dull spots and couldn't cut anything out to make it short enough. So many of the gags are impeccably timed. Harold Lloyd was often referred to as speedy this film u can see why. The final scene at the end with the Double Decker bus was extraordinary the stunts they achieved where sensational. It all looks so natural but everything was planned so strategically.
