Rick M 01/27/2024 This movie is so badly written and directed, so all over the place, so badly thought out, I could barely get through the first half hour of it. See more 12/15/2020 so bad that its good See more 11/06/2020 Well, I had to give this at least on star, if only for the moments of hilarity enjoyed at the expense of the truly abysmal acting, plot, special effects.....I could go on. I particularly liked to fact that the whole nuclear arsenal of the united states is controlled by a command centre consisting of four individuals who look like they are relatives of the producer, dragged in to take part because all of the budget for actors was spent on Eric Roberts (who, incidentally, doesn't even try to act and must be thinking "what kind of chemical was I imbibing when I said yes to my agent?") This film reminds me of the really awful movies that I used to watch on a Saturday morning, only because there was no other choice and you kept the TV switched on to spite your parent's who just wanted you to go outside and get some fresh air.
