Bill P @RT28912689 Jul 4, 2026 One can only think this was a production on a shoestring budget, in which case, to be kind, it's a nice attempt. However, their is stilted dialog, weird continuity mistakes and lots of anachronisms (it's seems to be taking place in the70s but there's a sign in a store window for an online only auction and tattoos one would not have seen in teh 70s. Even odder, the cop in teh opening is driving a 1949 car. Anyway, good for a laugh abd one hopes the director/writer improves. I hit it on amazon thinking, like most stuff, I would only stick around for a lil' while and move on disappointed and beleaguered and depressed but this was a rarefied thing, at least for me, I've never enjoyed characters in a horror film, where I actually hated to see them perish, I can scarce remember ever feeling this way about a horror movie, these characters were delightful, and even the bad guys , why because the writing got into things and found some amusing diverting threads, even the genre rules here I considered enjoyable and did not make me squirm and shift out of my seat when some silly genre rules overtake sense, here, it all worked, I was so pleasantly surprised and I hope this person makes something else real soon, and if not, I would love to read a short-story or the screenplay even if it doesn't go to film , that's how much I loved the writing! loved it!
