Camp Rock 3 tugs at heartstrings as it ushers in the franchise’s brand-new era and plays the music of a new generation’s summer soundtrack. Go to Full Review

Camp Rock 3 is a successful passing of the baton to a new generation. It takes the franchise in a new direction by bringing these musicians together as friends, not just competitors. It leaves you excited to see what this Core 5 could do next. Go to Full Review

Camp Rock 3 may not reinvent the wheel, but it doesn’t really need to. Go to Full Review

The film boasts a group of talented new leads, catchy songs that you can’t stop singing, and an unforgettable cameo. The "villains" are unnecessary, but it is still a fun family movie. Go to Full Review

Gerardo Chvarry T @Cinestrenos 1h This was a completely wasted opportunity. The only genuinely decent song is the one at the end. Disney clearly tried to use the formula that worked for High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, but it completely fails here. Bringing in a new generation could have worked, but unnecessarily changing the style of the original songs only damages the legacy. The Jonas Brothers are used more as nostalgia bait, while Demi Lovato's appearance is reduced to an incredibly brief cameo. I was honestly expecting at least one final song with Demi and the Jonas Brothers, but even that never happens. See more Ashh Z @RT46239803 3h I dont tend to leave reviews but when it comes to disney classics, you just don’t mess around! Don’t understand why they just didn’t leave it as it is. Didn’t like the movie, few songs were alright but overall, they shouldn’t had made another camp rock movie. If this was a series then it probably would had been better. Thats why there was NO HSM4, you leave that masterpiece alone. Thats why the HsM series came out and it had a great turnover! But not this. Our disney childhood movie was just ruined. See more Rollie T @RT85990229 5h I love Musicals! yes I'm a Camp Rock Fan. But a musical is a musicaL and this is a very bad one the songs are just repeats of camp rock 1 and 2. So they took the nostalgia path but the issue is they didn't cause now the story that they had was rush AF haha like legit doesnt show the fun or the days passing by just main girl falling in love then the same day breaking her promise while fixing her broken family relationship all in the span of 10 mins so nothing ever made sense they give any time to cook for the story, no way to like a single character in it. The New music was an awful auto tune mess. Honestly a major disappointment in so many ways. oof and mind you they hyped demi and jonas brothers like crazy they were in the movie max 1 min total. See more TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch 5h Camp Rock 3 left me excited and disappointed at the same time. The screenplay rushes through so much that the potential never fully develops. The romance happens too quickly, and the competition feels rushed. The new cast is easily the strongest part of the movie. Malachi Barton does a great job as Fletch, although I wish they had committed to the bad-boy arc. Liamani Segura is fantastic as Sage, with a strong emotional storyline. Hudson Stone surprised me as Desi. He is charismatic, sings well, and has serious heartthrob potential. Lumi Pollack is adorable as Rosie, but her jump from cello player who says she cannot sing to suddenly becoming a pop star feels completely unearned. The troublesome trio are wasted because their actions have almost no consequences. Ultimately, this is the weakest Camp Rock film for me, even though it still has some fun moments. The new cast has real potential for me, but the rushed screenplay never gives them enough room to shine too! See more Chloe K @RT55751887 9h I am quite disappointed at this movie tbh. It had so much potential and I was so looking forward to watching. My biggest concern was the obvious lazy writing. Disney did not take the time to really develop the storyline. Everything was so blatantly predictable. The top 5’s were already picked out from the jump and there was no drama, no twists, no obstacles like how we know about Disney dramas. CR 1&2 actually made me feel like I was on a camp for however long they were there. Obviously we had the main characters BUT, we got the see of everyone! Nobody really felt like an invisible background character, it actually felt like a camp. I do say that the Music in this movie was really good too. But I didn’t feel the “ensemble” on the MUSIC camp.
