Musa A @doodleflame 1d Decent, but only to an extent. Felt like a video game for the most of the movie. Otherwise had some good action scenes and predator designs. See more Vixo S @vixo_six 3d Predators finally gave me an entertaining story again. The jungle setting initially made me fear a cheap imitation of Predator, but the film finds a smarter reason to revisit that structure. What interested me most is how the title also begins to describe the humans, since most of them are already hunters, killers or survivors in their own worlds. That makes the central conflict less about defeating a monster and more about what separates the hunted from the hunter when both understand violence. The characters are not especially deep, but they have actual personalities, Adrien Brody works surprisingly well as the lead, and the practical effects, suspense and action are a major improvement. My biggest disappointment is the ending, which raises far more questions than it answers. Still, this finally felt like a Predator movie made with an actual idea behind it.
