Though not particularly original or inspired, this is a serviceable thriller. It’s unfortunate that it has come out at a time when its central tenets are difficult to take seriously. Go to Full Review

This is a thriller where the situation escalates minute by minute. At times, it becomes a tad incredulous. However, there is still a serious effort to shine a light on politics, the media, and reality itself. Go to Full Review

barbara M. @RT85102673 6d I hadn’t watched the trailer, so I went in with no expectations, which made it a really nice surprise. There were a few minor issues—like the sound at the beginning being quite low. I was eating popcorn and could barely hear it—but those are easily fixable. Overall, I found it to be a tense film, with some truly gripping moments. The plot twist at the end was especially well constructed and satisfying. Mark’s performance was outstanding—really impressive. I watched with a Q&A, and the moderator mentioned something I completely agreed with: Mark could easily pass as a politician. That level of realism is striking. I genuinely enjoyed it—it was a great surprise. The way it digs into how media and politics feed off each other feels so relevant right now...iykyk. It's the kind of film you'll be thinking about long after the credits roll. Definitely worth seeing it in theaters while you can, the big screen makes it hit even harder. See more Sloane W @smwexler Apr 12 I was surprised by this movie! It really delved into the grey area of politics, intention, and public perception. Great performances, too. See more Read all reviews
