08/01/2017 This is only [King's] first feature, and if he can take a few more narrative risks without giving up his subtle style, he may become that rare director who can tackle spiritual issues without (literally) preaching to the choir. Sweet, well intentioned film, nicely photographed, well acted and sincerelyt written. But this movie was so slow moving. Watching paint dry would be faster paced. What was the director thinking?
