See more Melissa M @Lisey May 27 Here's a fun fact you might not know Jim Carrey the scene at the Halloween dance between Mark, the countess & Robin was choreographed by him. He did his own dancing. It showcased his physical comedy. And his rubber-man capabilities. Some of the soundtrack is so '80s but catchy. Clevon Little played the campy vampy vampire Sebastian he was perfect for the role. There were a lot of LOL moments. Like when Mark & friends go to dial a date. The scenes where Mark it's in the beginning stages of vamping out in front of his clueless parents. Movies with clueless parents were big in the '80s. Mark transforming from geeky nerd to chicy vampire. Don't want to give away too much of the movie for those who haven't seen it yet. No spoiler alerts here. The '80s had some of the campiest movies. This is no exception. It's definitely earned a spot in the cult classic category. I dont understand all the green tomatoes. I grew up watching this film when I think of my childhood n the 80s n 90s this is one of the things I think of! A good 80s comedy. And with Jim Carrey n Lauren Hutton I mean come on!! Yea its alil cheesy but thats what was great about movies made back then. I mean come on a hundred yr old vampire that needs a virgin to stay young..the halloween dance was always my favorite part!! Really tho give it a watch!! See more Read all reviews
