The actors are fine and convincing but the film moves at such a slow pace that when the mildly distracting actions scenes appear, you've already began fiddling with your mobile phone or heading to the loo. See more Tom R @Astroprince Jan 23 Truly awful. If you told me this movie was written and directed by college students, I would say they did an average job. I have no idea what convinced the actual talent involved in this movie to take part. As somebody with a science degree myself, the sciencey "smart guy" talk was clearly written by 5 year olds listening to their older brothers do their mathematics homework because it was nonsensical buzzword salad. The supposed team of "hunters" were blinder than bats and somehow managed to stumble upon things in an entire forest with nebulous "signals". The main character for being a "genius scientist" was terrible at doing the one thing he was supposedly good at, just walking away. If you want to waste time, don't watch this, it's not worth even wasting time on it. If you feel like you're never going to make it as a filmaker, watch this because somehow it got greenlit and funded.
