B-movie horror star Bruce Campbell (himself) spends most of his time wisecracking with his agent (Ted Raimi), drunk dialing his ex-wife (Ellen Sandweiss) or dealing with the occasional singing prostitute (Janelle Farber). But then he's kidnapped by teenage fans in Oregon who think "Evil Dead" hero Campbell can help fight off a real-life monster. Campbell finds himself battling a dragon and trying to make a good impression on a teen's pretty mother, not necessarily in that order.

Melissa M @Lisey Mar 22 In this film Bruce Campbell plays the role he was born to play himself. It is awesome though this film does not rely on a lot of AI or cgi. The Quan-Di the bad guy has his own theme song. It's campy & fun to listen to. Much like the campy dialogue in the movie. Bruce Campbell is the king of camp. The comedic chemistry between Ted Raimi and Bruce Campbell is undeniable. And always fun to watch. The multiple characters that Ted Raimi plays in the film is LOL & some of the best scenes in the movie. The concept is original, unique, & beyond awesome. It does have a surprise ending. I love the Bean curd storyline. It goes to show you that it wouldn't kill you to eat vegetables every once in awhile. Only criticism is the part with the screeching cat. When Bruce throws the cat carrier out of the car that he confiscates from the crazy cat lady while high-tailed it out of GoldLick.
